I love the idea of International Cocktail Hour as suggested by Travel Experta. So this is my contribution!
Since it is early summer here (in Washington DC) and the temperature is slowly creeping toward disgustingly sticky, I thought I would do a childhood favorite - with an alcohol twist! - PINK LEMONADE.
1.5 oz Lemon Flavored Vodka (I generally use Absolut Citron)
0.5 oz raspberry liqueur (Chambord is great)
2 oz Sour Mix
No shaking necessary. Just pour, tumble, and enjoy!
You could definitely substitute regular lemonade for the Sour mix, but it would make the drink a little sweeter. I prefer the tartness of the sour mix.
